It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Pastor Harold Fuller this past Sunday. This man wore the title of Pastor well. His warm outgoing personality and kind and gentle manner gave him a glow that truly was the embodiment of the healing ministries of Jesus Christ. This was a blessing to the many he served over the years as the Chaplain at Mt. Hood Legacy Hospital and later as a “roving” Chaplain for our community.
Can’t remember when we met him exactly but know it was at a local Chamber Meeting. We went on to become good friends (everyone was his good friend). He married our son and daughter-in-law. After his wife passed he brought me some special sheet music that she collected “The Little Ford Rambled Right Along” – it is framed and proudly displayed in our showroom and will serve as reminder to his generosity and bright spirit. Our hearts are broken but know that he has taken the journey he prepared for all his life and selfishly we will miss him and the peach pies!
