Summertime Has Arrived!

Well, I think we’ve finally arrived! We had a couple of days of heat wave there, but for the most part, we haven’t really had much summer. I think we’re finally getting there! The mornings are still overcast and cool, but the days are warming up nicely and it just feels like summer!

That being said, there’s so many great things to do out there in this awesome summertime weather! You definitely want to get Music Mondays on your calendar! There’s only four left so make sure to check out who’s playing at GreshamCenterForTheArts.org! This last Monday was an absolute blast!!! Such a great FREE show and it’s right here, downtown Gresham at the Arts Plaza!

Then we have Third Thursdays with great fun and entertainment for the whole family. And as the name implies, it’s the Third Thursday of each month. Come on down to Historic Downtown Gresham for live music, restaurant and shop specials. Things kick off around 5:30pm and run until 8ish. And if that’s not enough, you’ve got to check out First Fridays in downtown Troutdale! The First Friday of each month has long been a cornerstone of Troutdale’s art community and the businesses in downtown Troutdale. For nearly 20 years, the First Friday Art Walk has brought people together to experience what Troutdale has to offer. The next event is August 6 — and will continue on the first Friday of each month through October. Activities begin at 5pm until 8pm.
